摘 , 要：使用冶金軋鋼機械能夠高率輔助相關操作者的完成軋鋼作業,然而冶金軋鋼機械極易出現潤滑不暢導致故障的狀況,冶金軋鋼過程對于生產條件需求比較嚴格,假如相關裝備缺少潤滑,不但制約相關裝備的平穩運轉,并且影響總體工作效率的提升。所以對于相關裝設周期性實施行之有效的潤滑是非常重要的工序。本文針對相關裝備潤滑系統產生各類故障的普遍原因實施深入探討,對于潤滑保養的措施實施了研究,并且給出了相應的預防解決方案及措施。
